Just a few years ago, Deloitte released its Global Human Capital Trends report. One chapter’s headline declared:
“Performance management is broken.”
Traditional performance management practices were doing more harm than good. They couldn’t keep up with the modern workplace, nor could they accurately measure—or drive—performance.
