OMAHA, Neb. (Feb. 2, 2013) – Quantum Workplace, an employee engagement survey company well known for its Best Places to Work contest, recognizes organizations for excellence in employee engagement. The annual Employee Voice Award was given to 11 different clients this year, recognizing each of them for making work awesome.

The Employee Voice Award (EVA) honorees are recognized for their success in collecting, analyzing, and taking action on employee feedback. Quantum Workplace’s client recognition award is based on level of participation and employee engagement survey results. These honorees rose to the top with an impressive ability to implement engagement initiatives within their companies.

The EVA recognizes organizations in two categories: Raising Engagement and Highest Level of Engagement. The following organizations are this year’s 2013 EVA recipients:

Employee engagement is measured by the ability and willingness of individuals to exert extra effort for the benefit of the company, their tendency to speak highly of the organization and their intent to remain at the company.
