This role is critical to securing Quantum Workplace as the leader in the employee engagement software category by leading, coaching, and growing a team responsible for acquiring new customers. To do this, the role requires someone with a high level of business acumen and sales management expertise with experience hitting aggressive sale goals. Ultimately, success is determined by acquiring new customers and hitting monthly, quarterly, and annual new revenue targets.
We’re looking for an Insights Analyst to join our team! As an Insights Analyst, you will provide subject matter expertise related to employee engagement, performance management, employee listening, and other Quantum Workplace offerings. You will work directly with customers, assisting them with survey design, analyzing survey results, designing performance management processes, and advising on recommended actions for change, while also coaching to best practices. The ultimate goal is to help customers design smart things, know where to focus, and find value in the various ways they can use our software.
