We’re on a mission to empower every team to thrive! Our Spark Internship Program provides an opportunity for students and learners to join our team of Qwirks in doing just that.
We value fresh perspectives and believe that the best learning happens through doing. If you’re hungry to learn and dive into a fast-moving technology company, we’d love to hear from you!
Applications for summer will open in February 2027.
The Spark Internship Program is a hands-on, 10-week internship running from May 25th through August 6th. Interns work 30 hours a week.
This program is for students (freshmen, sophomores, and juniors) and recent graduating seniors who are able to work from our office in Omaha, Nebraska during the summer. You’ll be a part of an intern class with other local students to work and learn together!
Our Spark Internship Program is rooted in our belief that a summer internship should be more than just coffee runs and networking. At Quantum Workplace, interns will be exposed to new ways of thinking, real world problems, and concepts that you won’t learn in a classroom.
It’s our hope that these experiences will "spark" curiosity, inspiration, and reflection for our interns while bringing new and exciting ideas to Quantum Workplace.
You'll spend your summer at Quantum Workplace in Omaha, NE (in-office required) working closely with creative professionals who are experts in their field. You'll own projects and contribute as a crucial member of the team. Learning opportunities include:
We’re not looking for a specific major or resume from our interns. We want to learn what makes you YOU, and tailor an internship experience around it. Trust us, you’ll find your spark at Quantum Workplace.

We believe in the value of diversity. We strive to continuously increase the diversity of our team and create an inclusive culture. No, students must supply their own living accommodations.
All class years are welcome to apply, though we give preference to students who aren't graduating seniors - we're looking for students who'll be back on campus the following year, so we can invest in them early and build toward a longer-term relationship with QW. Freshmen, sophomores, and juniors are the sweet spot for this program, but a standout graduating senior won't be ruled out.

"Quantum Workplace isn't your typical workplace. They care about their employees and let you express yourself."
