Program Name: Quantum Workplace SMS Notifications

Quantum Workplace may send SMS (text) messages on behalf of our customers to their employees or authorized users. These messages may include, but are not limited to, notifications related to employee engagement activities, surveys, feedback requests, reminders, announcements, recognition, or other work-related communications initiated through the Quantum Workplace platform.

By opting in, recipients agree to receive SMS messages sent via Quantum Workplace at the direction of their employer or organization.

You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.
After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message indicating you have been unsubscribed. Following confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from this program unless you opt in again.

To reenroll at a later time, you may opt in again through the same method originally used by your organization.

If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply HELP to any message for assistance.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from Quantum Workplace or from you to Quantum Workplace, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Quantum Workplace respects your privacy. Mobile phone numbers and related messaging data are used solely to deliver organization-related SMS communications initiated through the Quantum Workplace platform.

Quantum Workplace does not sell, rent, or use mobile phone numbers for marketing purposes outside of providing this service. Information processed in connection with SMS messaging is handled in accordance with Quantum Workplace’s Privacy Policy:

Quantum Workplace provides SMS functionality as a service to its customers. Our customers are solely responsible for ensuring that they have obtained all required consents from their employees or authorized users prior to initiating SMS communications through the Quantum Workplace platform.

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing required disclosures at the point of opt-in
• Ensuring compliance with applicable SMS, consumer protection, and employment laws (including consent and opt-out requirements)
• Maintaining accurate and up to date contact information
• Honoring opt-out requests communicated by recipients
