Become a Quantum Certified Workplace™

The Quantum Certified Workplace™ designation celebrates organizations that are doing the work to create thriving teams. It goes beyond a survey score to acknowledge a company’s active investment in people-driven programs. The designation is given by Quantum Workplace.

Any company that participates in a Best Places to Work® contest and purchases a reporting package is eligible. Companies that meet participation and score requirements, and share details about their performance management and employee development practices, qualify for certification.

The Best Places to Work® award is based on regional or national employee survey results and determined by the program's publication partners. A certification from Quantum Workplace recognizes an organization's effort and investment in broader people practices, spanning across engagement, performance, and development initiatives. It honors your effort to create thriving teams, even if you haven’t yet made the top list in your region and size category.

Certified companies earn:

• A Quantum Certified Workplace™ badge for websites, job postings, and offer letters

• A Press & Social Toolkit with ready-made assets for announcements

• Third-party recognition on Quantum Workplace's digital channels 

Your Quantum Certified Workplace™ recognition is valid for 12 months. Companies can renew annually by meeting the latest participation and submission criteria.

Organizations are automatically evaluated after completing their Best Places to Work® participation and report purchase. If eligible, you’ll be asked to share your performance and development practices if you did not disclose them during the contest registration process. Once reviewed and approved, you’ll receive your certification badge and toolkit via email.

There is no separate fee for certification. Companies that purchase a Best Places to Work® reporting package and meet the certification criteria are automatically awarded Quantum Certified Workplace™ status.

Quantum Workplace created this certification to recognize the intentional effort and commitment organizations put into building better workplaces. It’s designed to celebrate progress, elevate employer brands, and inspire continued investment.

Yes! Certified organizations are encouraged to use their badge and toolkit to share their achievement on LinkedIn, press announcements, job boards, internal channels, and more. The more you showcase your recognition, the more your employer brand benefits.
