What is Quantum Workplace Insights Hub?

Insights Hub is Quantum Workplace's AI-powered people insights solution. It connects engagement, performance, development, and recognition data, explains what it finds in plain language, and recommends next steps for HR teams and people leaders. It is powered by Cue, Quantum Workplace's AI agent.

How does Insights Hub work?

You set up a topic with Cue by sharing your point of view on an area like Manager Effectiveness. Cue then monitors your data, investigates patterns tied to that topic, and surfaces insights with recommended actions. When it can't generate an insight, it explains why so you can close the data gap.

What data does Insights Hub connect and analyze?

Insights Hub connects your Quantum Workplace data across Engagement, Performance, Development, and Recognition. That includes survey results over time, plus whether employees have had 1-on-1s, performance reviews, or talent reviews.

Does Insights Hub integrate with HRIS data?

Yes. When Cue, our AI agent has access to your HRIS data, it can: Define the teams or demographics to analyze, such as department or manager level. Take in external data, like reviews or even CSAT scores, so it can connect employee experience to business results. Understand who is active and who has exited, which helps it spot attrition patterns and what sits behind them. Cue can use any metadata about an employee that you choose to share, so your insights reflect how your organization is structured.

What questions can HR teams ask or answer?

HR teams can use Insights Hub to answer questions like these. Where are we losing top performers, and which teams are affected? Is declining engagement showing up in other business results? Which managers need support, and what kind? Which data gaps keep us from seeing the full picture? Inside any insight, you can ask Cue follow-up questions or ask to see the data a different way.

How often are new insights generated in Insights Hub?

Initially, new insights will be generated automatically and then as often as monthly. If no new data is available, then insights won’t be generated until there is enough new data to work with.

How is Insights Hub different from a people analytics dashboard?

A dashboard shows you data and leaves the interpretation to you. Insights Hub does the interpreting. It automatically connects signals across your data, explains what it found and why it matters, shows where the data runs thin, and recommends actions you can track to completion.
