Following a recent rebrand and expansion into new markets across the country, FourLeaf has embraced a bold national identity — all while preserving the employee experience and inclusive culture that made it great in the first place. With nearly 1,000 employees and a reputation for excellence, FourLeaf is proving that meaningful growth starts from the inside out.

Challenges Faced

As the organization entered new markets and reintroduced itself under a new name, FourLeaf faced a dual challenge:

  1. Maintaining an inclusive, people-first culture across a more dispersed and diverse workforce.
  2. Creating stronger connections between employees and the organization’s broader strategy — so they could understand, contribute to, and grow with it.

In a time of rapid change, there was a risk that some employees would feel uncertainty. Without proactive communication and clear pathways to purpose, disengagement could impact morale, retention, and member experience.

Opportunities Seized

FourLeaf approached these challenges as opportunities to deepen connection, communication, and culture. The team implemented new listening strategies, created future-focused development programs, and doubled down on inclusion initiatives.

Solutions Implemented and Tangible Results Achieved 

With Quantum Workplace tools at the heart of its strategy, FourLeaf launched a dynamic, organization-wide listening and engagement approach:

  • Engagement and exit surveys provided clear data on what employees value most — and where to improve.
  • Follow-up pulse surveys, including one focused on “Future Outlook,” helped explore perceptions around the company’s direction and employee roles in it.
  • Virtual “Water Coolers” and Manager Panels offered real-time, peer-to-peer learning on managing through change.
  • The Learning & Development team created a comprehensive Brand Guidebook to help employees confidently navigate the rebrand and member conversations.
  • Skill development programs aligned with the evolving business landscape, ensuring teammates were equipped for the future.

To amplify inclusion, FourLeaf supported growing Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) like Brilliance (Women’s Empowerment), Multicultural Mosaic, and Prism (LGBTQ+), offering community, learning, and celebration for all.

Measurable Impact

The results show a clear return on FourLeaf’s investment in people and culture:

  • Retention increased to 91.32% in 2024 — a 3.43% improvement year-over-year.
  • Total turnover decreased from 12.11% in 2023 to just 9.79% in 2024.
  • Promotion rates hit 16.92% across the organization in 2024.
  • Quantum Workplace engagement favorability rose to 85.4% in 2024 (up from 84.6% in 2023).
  • The key engagement item “I recommend this organization as a great place to work” jumped from 86.2% to 89.0%.

A Culture That Connects and Enriches

FourLeaf’s success isn’t just reflected in numbers — it’s embedded in the experience. From Coffee Chats with Uber Eats certificates to inclusive employee clubs, community volunteerism, and the annual FourLeafAir Show, the company continues to create avenues for authentic connection.
