  • Listening Strategy: In 2024, Lutz launched its first employee engagement survey with Quantum. With an 85% response rate, the results revealed four clear areas of focus, which are now discussed monthly at firm updates. Pulse surveys provide quick feedback on new initiatives and offer a continuous connection to employee sentiment.

  • The engagement survey’s 85% participation rate signals belief that feedback is valued and acted upon.
