I love leading a team focused on Talent, Development, Culture, and Engagement to support the business; consulting with leaders to drive their teams to be successful; and evolving our talent management strategies to meet future business needs.
How do you help make work better every day?
I keep a positive outlook with a focus on leveraging strengths (for my team and myself) as we look forward.

Quantum Workplace has been a great partner, and I’m excited for the opportunity to network and learn from others who also leverage Quantum Workplace's tools!
How do you use Quantum Workplace to pursue your strategic initiatives?
Through their engagement survey, Quantum Workplace has helped us identify key areas of focus to further build our healthy, high-performing culture. As a result, we are utilizing the Recognition tool, as well as the pulse surveys. We are also exploring the Talent Reviews tool to see how it may enable our leaders to have more of the right conversations at the right time with their employees.
