2018 Employee Voice Award™ Honorees Announced

OMAHA, Neb. (January, 2018) – Quantum 1.31.18-EVA-Announced.jpg Workplace, a software company well-known for its all-in-one manager toolset and Best Places to Work contest, recognizes 12 organizations for excellence in employee engagement with the Employee Voice Award.

Employee engagement is the strength of mental and emotional connection that employees feel toward their places of work.

Employee Voice Award (EVA), established in 2008, honors Quantum Workplace’s most successful clients nationwide for their outstanding work in employee engagement.

The EVA is based on level of participation and employee engagement survey results. Recipients of the Employee Voice Award recognize the value of their employees’ voices and demonstrate excellence in translating feedback into results. In the past year, these honorees have listened to their employees and worked hard to put that feedback into action within their organizations.

The EVA recognizes small, medium, and large-sized organizations in two categories: Raising Engagement and Highest Level of Engagement. Clients must use Quantum Workplace’s core survey items and have 30 or more full-time employees to be eligible. The following organizations are this year’s 2018 EVA recipients:

(Largest improvement from 2016 to 2017)
  • SMALL: Fidelity Guaranty Life (Des Moines, IA)
  • MEDIUM: Charter NEX (Milton, WI)
  • LARGE: Fulton Financial Corporation (Lancaster, PA)

“A commitment to great company culture is a powerful asset, it’s the most powerful asset. In order to have great company culture, there must be a commitment to consistent transformation,” said Greg Harris, President and CEO of Quantum Workplace, “and these 12 organizations understand that. They are responsive to honest and blunt employee feedback, and take immediate action on the areas that need improvement. We are lucky to partner with these organizations, and we are excited to recognize them for their commitment to making work better every day.”
