My passion lies in creating a work environment that helps our associates to perform at their best, day in and day out.
How do you help make work better every day?
In my role as VP of Talent Optimization, my focus is on positioning talent management as a business imperative. I work to ensure that our talent optimization strategies are fully integrated with our annual organizational objectives and departmental initiatives. We are a service company, so the success of our associates is our key to growth!
Why did you choose to be a part of Quantum Workplace’s Customer Advisory Board?
Being a member of the Quantum Workplace Advisory Board is one of my most-treasured volunteer experiences. Quantum Workplace is constantly innovating, and they are prioritizing their innovations around the needs and wants of their customers. When I offer insights or feedback, I feel truly heard. When I am asked to beta test a project, I feel like I am an important part of their creative process. When I am offered the opportunity to interact with the Qwirks during the advisory board annual meeting, I feel like a member of the team. I love the CAB!
How do you use Quantum Workplace to pursue your strategic initiatives?
Quantum Workplace is our go-to resource for all things talent! Valet Living hosts monthly performance conversations between managers and associates using the one-on-one software. This has allowed us to move away from the annual performance review process to one that provides in-time, forward-focused feedback. This has been a huge win across our organization! Additionally, we love having access to the “Best Places to Work” survey data and the Quantum Workplace insights to help our managers create their engagement survey action plans. The Quantum Workplace tools and Qwirk team allow a small HR team to have a big impact!
