What part of your role are you most passionate about? 

Our Human Resources team is referred to as People Solutions because Baker Tilly’s focus is on the future, and our people are at the heart of our strategy. We put our people first, and my role directly affects our efforts for HR transformation and optimization, focusing on improving employee experience and engagement.


How do you help make work better every day? 

Being a leader in HR operations allows me to deliver services and solutions that affect change as we work towards building a culture of continuous conversations that drive development and career growth. These are key components of improving employee experience and engagement. Through these solutions, we’re able to collect and analyze robust people data to help us in our decision making and program management.


Why did you choose to be a part of Quantum Workplace’s Customer Advisory Board? 

Quantum Workplace has been a strategic partner in our journey to modernize our performance management approach. And now, through CAB, I get an opportunity to work with other board members—sharing ideas and best practices that will help us achieve our talent strategies and goals. It also provides a platform where I can discuss challenges and potential solutions using Quantum Workplace. It would be crazy not to take part in this board! It's so valuable to learn about other organizations from across diverse industries and backgrounds, and understand how they utilize Quantum Workplace to further achieve their business and people strategy.


How do you use Quantum Workplace to pursue your strategic initiatives? 

Quantum Workplace has become an extension of my team. I rely on their evolving technology and all of their Qwirks to help tackle our changing needs and business requirements. I tap into their expertise regularly to educate key stakeholders and users on product enhancements and best practices to drive product utilization and program sustainability. As we begin moving into our next phase of performance management evolution, with a goal for talent optimization through process automation and redesign, we cannot succeed with this mission without Quantum Workplace.
