What part of your role are you most passionate about?
I have two boys, so I live and breathe baseball. I often compare talent management to Moneyball. I love the strategy behind creating a winning team, which is the intersection of the talent strategy and the business strategy. By investing in the right people, in the right way, at the right time (and in the right roles), we can create an engaged workforce that is highly productive and well-positioned to deliver on the business strategy.
How do you help make work better every day?
My role connects data, employee experience and culture with the business. I use data and insights to fine-tune the employee experience, creating a meaningful, engaging work environment aligned with our core values to drive business outcomes.

As the Quantum Workplace products evolve, I want to be part of the journey! I also value the opportunity to exchange ideas and best practices with a diverse group of leaders.
How do you use Quantum Workplace to pursue your strategic initiatives?
At Dentsply Sirona, People + Culture is a strategic initiative. We have partnered with Quantum Workplace to create opportunities for employees to provide regular feedback through pulse surveys and 360 tools. We use employee feedback to continually evolve our talent practices to improve organizational effectiveness and foster a positive work environment.
