Employee Voice Awards
The Employee Voice Award (EVA)™ is an annual designation given to organizations that score highest on Quantum Workplace’s TeamPulse employee engagement survey.
TeamPulse incorporates a validated assessment used by more than 4,000 firms each year to measure employee engagement.
To be considered for an Employee Voice Award, organizations must administer TeamPulse to a statistically valid sample of all employees and employ more than 50 full-time employees. Organizations must initiate their TeamPulse employee engagement survey on or before October 31 of each year; honorees are announced in February.
Recipients will be publicized via our website and press relations team. Honorees receive the teamwork-inspired EVA Oar™ and high-resolution digital artwork to include on their website and job postings.
