Steve also owned the Heartland Region of Right Management from 1990 to 2005. Steve grew the company from three employees to 100—eventually selling the consultancy to Manpower (NYSE: MAN). Prior to Right Management, Steve held an executive position in HR at Hallmark Cards—a company he served for 20 years. Mr. Carter received a B.S. in Business Administration from Nichols College.
