About the Survey
How Will I Be Evaluated?
It all begins with you completing the 45-question LeaderGrade survey and giving a self-evaluation of your leadership skills. Then, you ask a few peers or followers to fill out the same survey about you. You will be evaluated on 15 key leadership competencies:

Once you and your evaluators have completed the survey, you will be given a grade on your leadership skills. If you choose to purchase a complete report, you’ll be able to see how your answers compared to your evaluators and compare your ratings to other leaders who have completed their LeaderGrade.
