How Will Leaders Be Evaluated?
Leaders participate by completing the 45-question LeaderGrade survey to self-evaluate their leadership skills. Then, a few peers and followers evaluate the leader by filling out the same survey. Participating leaders can choose their evaluators, or evaluators can be chosen for them. Leaders are evaluated on 15 key leadership competencies:

As leaders and evaluators complete the survey, you can monitor response rate in your coaching dashboard. Once the survey is completed, your leaders can view their individual reporting, and you can access detailed reporting. For the greatest impact, you’ll want to continue to monitor improvement by conducting the survey again annually or semi-annually.
