Is there a cost to participate?
No. It is
free to participate in the program using our standard, on-line survey. If your employees do not have access to
a computer, paper surveys are available for a nominal fee ($2.00 per submitted
paper survey). All participants
receive access to a free Overview report.
For companies
that want to dig into the results, we offer optional advanced reporting options at a reasonable cost.
Can my company customize the employee
survey?
Yes, you may
add questions or demographics to the survey to enhance your survey
results. Fees for customized
surveys vary. Please contact Corey

Does customizing my survey affect the
way my results are scored?
No, customizations
do not affect the way your results are scored for the purposes of the contest.
Custom questions and non-market employees are excluded from the calculations.

Will my company receive the survey
results?
Yes, all
participating companies will receive an Overview report. This report shows how
your company scored overall and in several engagement categories. You will also have the opportunity to
purchase one of two report packages for more in-depth survey results. The report packages will be available
for purchase anytime after the survey launch.
How is the survey distributed to my
employees?
The contact
person at your company will distribute the survey link and organization code to your company
and the employees will complete the survey online.
What if my employees do not have
access to a computer?
Paper surveys
are available at a cost of $2.00 per submitted survey. A company may use a combination of paper
and on-line surveys for their employees.
Do all of the employees at my company
need to complete the survey?
All eligible
employees should be invited to take the survey. To reach a 95 percent
confidence level with a margin of error of plus or minus 5 percent, you will need
to achieve employee participation based on the following percentages per size
of organization for your company to be considered an honoree:
Which employees are eligible to take
the survey?
You should
include only full-time, permanent employees. These employees are the most
likely to be impacted by your corporate culture ¨C and are therefore usually the
best judge of employee engagement.
Most of my
employees work part-time. Can I include my part-time employees?
To include
part-time employees, the employees must meet the following criteria:
Should Partners/Owners be allowed to
take the survey?
Partner or owners of a Professional
Firm are allowed to take the survey IF they make up less than 30% of the total
employee count.
My company has offices in multiple
cities and states, how many employees should I enter at the registration page?
Enter the
number of employees that work within the greater Reno/Lake Tahoe area and will be invited by the employer to complete the
survey. If you would like to include all employees, regardless of
geographic location, call Corey Farley (316.210.9393) to discuss customization
options and pricing.
Is the survey anonymous?
The Quantum
Workplace employee survey is strictly confidential and anonymous. Your company
will have access to survey results at the aggregate level to help you
understand and build engagement.
What if my company does not make the
Best Places to Work list?
You will
still receive access to your free Overview report and will have the opportunity
to purchase reports to help improve employee engagement. Your company name will not be placed on
any list and will not be printed in the special publication. There is NO RISK to participation.
