Counselor's Best Places to Work 2012™
Defining high performance
Counselor's Best Places to Work initiative was created in 2008 to honor organizations
in the Advertising Specialty Industry who deliver an outstanding work experience.
Counselor Magazine and ASI are proud sponsors of this program. The research for
this project is performed by Quantum Workplace. The initiative is designed with
several goals in mind:
- To recognize and honor those companies that have created positive work environments
- To recognize and share best practices
- To provide valuable feedback and data to participating companies that will assist
them in measuring levels of employee satisfaction and engagement.
Nomination: Companies sign up to participate.
The deadline to nominate a company is: April 6, 2012.
Employee Survey: Quantum Workplace surveys your employees.
Surveys will be conducted April 9, 2012 - May 11, 2012.
Survey Analysis: Surveys will be compiled and winners
will be determined. Rankings will be determined solely on the basis of employee
surveys.
Recognition: Winners will be publicly recognized in the
September issue of Counselor's Magazine.
