The Company

In 2009, five Nebraska member organizations joined together under one mission—to partner with the community to help families and children thrive together. United, they became Nebraska Families Collaborative (NFC), a private nonprofit that provides a community-based system of care for at-risk kids and parents in eastern Nebraska. Every family will encounter challenges in life, and NFC will be there to preserve families whenever possible, while ensuring the safety of those who can’t look out for themselves.

The Challenges

Just like every family, organizations encounter challenges, whether it be engagement, performance, or inevitable turnover.
