Quantum Workplace is committed to the highest standards in protecting and safeguarding your right to privacy while using and interacting with our programs. We only collect the information we need to complete your employee engagement survey.
 
We will not share, sell, rent, swap, or authorize any third party to use your email address for commercial purposes without your permission.
 
We will not in any way reprint, resell, or redistribute your results from any of our services or programs to a third party without prior approval, except as outlined in the exceptions below. Access to your firm’s results is available to selected employees who use the information for development purposes. Organizational data may be sliced by employee demographics — but will never identify individual employees, or employee groups smaller than 5. Quantum Workplace realizes that the information from our services belongs to you and your firm.
 
Quantum Workplace reserves the right to share information with our sponsoring partners to establish honorees and awards. If your firm is not an honoree, your results will not be shared.
 
Quantum Workplace reserves the right to aggregate your data into comparative benchmarks that are presented to our clients or third parties. Under all circumstances your company’s data will be combined with multiple firms and your company’s identity will be held in strict confidentiality.
 
Quantum Workplace’s processes adhere to the US Safe Harbor Privacy Principles of Notice, Choice, Onward Transfer, Security, Data Integrity, Access and Enforcement, and are registered with the http://export.gov/safeharbor/.
