Our Team
We’re a Bunch of Qwirks.
Andrew Zetterman
Director of Technology
If my coworkers were being serious, they’d say I’m charming, intelligent, crazy talented, sing like a bird, and humble, very humble. If they were being funny, they’d say I’m 6’3″, blonde, and the guy who builds software.
Brian Schoenecker
Director of App Engineering
Every morning, I weigh my cereal, so I know exactly what I’m eating. That kind of attention to detail might be why I’m in charge of making sure our project processes are efficient and effective for our clients.
Cassie Neary
Program Leader
When I’m not managing our Best Places to Work program, you can find me working out and being a new mom. I’m the one to blame each time our company signs up for 10K runs.
Clay Wulf
Engagement Manager
I strive to not only be a trusted advisor, but also a valued friend to my client teams. Imagine a non-psychotic Jim Carrey in The Cable Guy.
Corey Farley
Engagement Manager
I love tennis shoes (think middle age guy who fawns over cars) and pop music (read: boy bands). At QW, I get to work with 150+ companies every year and constantly learn something new.
Darren Noble
Enterprise Solutions Director
Dad to the coolest dude on the planet. Snowboarder. Photographer. I sport threadless.com t-shirts, while teaching organizations new workplace insights and showing them how to use their data to make better decisions.
David Weisser
Director of Research
I’m not your typical statistician. Not content number-crunching behind a desk, I prefer consulting on organizational development, public speaking, and playing a mean guitar.
Greg Harris
President and CEO
My favorite part of my job is spotting crazy talent in people and convincing them to join QW. I’m an overly proud father, a clutz with a perennial coffee-stained shirt, and a leader who cares deeply about my team.
Greg Sullivan
Project Coordinator
I’ve pulled multiple all-nighters in Europe, Africa, and North America to watch various international sporting events. Biggest disappointment at QW: My cowboy boots aren’t showing in my picture.
Hilary Wright
Marketing Manager
Self-declared nerd for lindy hop, soul music, Harry Potter, 80s dance movies, and marketing. Somehow I got the reputation as an Omaha-nightlife expert after living here one month.
Jarah Gleim
Project Coordinator
trololololololololololo.com was dubbed as my “first major contribution to the success of our firm.” Since then, my contributions have included keeping projects on track and #usinghashtags in everyday conversation.
Joan Carter
Vice Chair
Philanthropist. Lover of warm climates. Wine enthusiast. Consulting is my passion. I enjoy learning from the dynamic, smart QW team.
Kary See
Engagement Associate
I believe so strongly in the benefits of employee engagement that I want to shout it from the roof tops… no, really. I laugh at QW every day. It’s like a breeding ground for comedians before they get called up to the big leagues.
Liz Worthington
Engagement Manager
My daily goal is to enlighten and satisfy clients, but I also aim to make at least one coworker laugh really hard to retain my title as “CFO”, or Chief Fun Officer. At home, I’m usually dancing and singing with my one-year-old son.
Phil Haussler
Director of Product
Basically, I’m part tealeaf reader, part cat herder. I once single-handedly ate an entire bowl of crab dip at a QW holiday party. At night, I run MarbleSpark, a company that makes awesome children’s books.
Sean Erickson
Software Developer
I really enjoy coming up with new ways to present data. Web technology has changed a lot in the last few years, which has given us more options to present data in a format that is meaningful to the end user.
Steve Carter
Chairman
I’m the “gray-haired coach” around QW. We’re lucky to have an energetic, visionary team. I’m also an avid wine and aviation enthusiast.
Todd Darnold, Ph.D.
Strategic Advisor
By day I’m a professor at Creighton University. By other hours of the day, I work with QW to help design products to improve the work experience for people. I’d prefer to wear black every day… think Johnny Cash.
Wesley Laughlin
Senior App Engineer
Without Wes, QW isn’t Awesome; it’s just A__ome. I crave being able to create tools and useful information from something that is seemingly nonsensical. I also keep my Box Cajon at the office.
