Engagement Managers are responsible for introducing new and existing products to new markets. The successful candidate will identify, penetrate, consult to, and cultivate corporate enterprise accounts in the high growth areas of human capital technology and research. In this quota-carrying role, you will be responsible for executing your sales plan using advanced consultative sales techniques; crafting strategic ROI-based value propositions for each prospect; evangelizing our company and solutions to prospects, customers, and partners; and closing deals. In addition, Engagement Managers are responsible for conducting technical product presentations and helping define new client requirements and solutions for technical products and professional services. Engagement Managers manage complex sales cycles with multiple stake-holders and achieve referenceable customer satisfaction in all transactions. The role requires an energetic, driven individual with keen attention to prospect’s and client’s business needs throughout the sales process.
